According to Apple’s latest statement, the iPad will be available in nine more countries as from this Friday 23 July 2010. The countries concerned are namely Austria, Belgium, Hong Kong, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand and Singapore.
Apple fans from these countries will be able to buy the latest wonderkid of the company through the different Apple retail stores and Apple Authorized Resellers in the respective countries as from the coming Friday itself.
As at now, the only countries selling the iPad are the USA, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland, and UK. Nearly 80 days after its launch, the iPad has recorded a sale of about 3 million units!
For the non-tech dude, the iPad allows users to connect and browse the web through its famous touch screen interface. You can read and send email, enjoy and share multimedia like photos, videos, watch HD videos, listen to music, play games, read ebooks, and the list goes on!
